Judge Leo T. Sorkin denied Manganelli's motion to not be required to attend the therapy, according to court records. Manganelli's attorney, Charles Rankin had requested the condition be lifted saying it would force his client to admit to the charges. The judge, however, said the therapy does not require Manganelli to admit to the charges. Any disclosures Manganelli makes to a therapist in sessions are subject to standard confidentality agreements, according to court records.
