Outdoor Dining Returns To Waltham's Moody Street This Summer

WALTHAM, MA — Al fresco dining will return to Moody Street this summer after the Traffic Commission voted to re-approve outdoor dining and retail from Memorial day to Labor Day.

Two-way vehicle traffic will be allowed on Moody Street at all times, as was the case last year during the outdoor dining period.

There will be no change to traffic patterns and area residents will continue to have full access to side streets, officials said.

Outdoor dining and retail will be available to approved restaurants and businesses within their abutting sidewalk or parking lane from May 23 through Sept. 1, or Memorial Day through Labor Day.
