Recent Waltham Arrests: Man Charged with Open Container Violation

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, April 12

James McGurk, 24, of 11 Berkshire Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense), leaving the scene of property damage and two counts of failing to keep right for an oncoming vehicle. He was also arrested on warrant charges for breaking and entering (nighttime felony) and driving with a suspended license. 

Philip Kelly, 32, of Grafton, arrested on a warrant charge for breaking and entering nighttime felony and driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, April 13

Joseph Stallings, 33, of 669 Moody St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Matthew Callahan, 24, of 46 Charlesbank Way, arrested and charged with driving an unreigstered motor vehicle, a number plate violation, driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.

Michael Cormier, 51, of 97 Hillcrest St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and on a warrant charge for driving with a suspended license. 

Sunday, April 14

Oscar Valenzuela, 35, of 145 Ash St., arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a license suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol and drinking from an open container of alcohol.

Kelliann DeRosa, 19, of 251 Ridge Ln., arrested on a warrant charge for larceny over $250.
