Waltham Adds 2 To Police Department
The two members graduated from the academy earlier this month.

WALTHAM, MA — The Waltham Police Department is now two officers larger after welcoming its latest members recently.
Seanross McClinchy grew up in Newton and was a varsity track athlete for all four years at Newton North, officials said. He has worked assisting members of the recovery community and comes to the department after serving as an intake coordinator at Charles River Community Health.
Michael Walsh started his career with Waltham through the Cadet Program in 2023. He is a lifelong resident of the city and a member of the Army National Guard.

McClinchy and Walsh graduated from the MPTC NECC Academy as members of the 7th Recruit Officer Class (ROC) earlier this month.
