Waltham Arrest Log, Jan. 15 - 16: Credit Card Fraud Arrest
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, Jan. 15
Sean Kelley, 31, of 81 Pine St., arrested on warrant charges for two counts of trespassing, disorderly conduct, two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct (subsequent offense).
Wilibaldo Linares, 23, of 48 Charles St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended licensed for OUI and failure to stop or yield.

Wednesday, Jan. 16
Anthony Deyeso, 23, of 184 Prospect Hill Rd., arrested on warrant charges for larceny over $250 and breaking and entering (nighttime felony).

Alec Forte, 18, of 54 Chester Ave., arrested on warrant charges for breaking and entering (nighttime felony), credit card fraud under $250 receiving stolen property and larceny over $250.
