Waltham To Kick Off Holiday Season With Santa Parade

Residents will be able to track Santa's progress using a Pacer App.

WALTHAM, MA — The City of Waltham will kick off the holiday season with a Santa parade on Saturday, Nov. 26 at 2 p.m.

Residents will be able to track Santa’s progress using the same Pacer App that the city used last year. A link will be posted to the City of Waltham and Waltham Fire Twitter accounts the day of the event.

A list of the full parade route is available here. Viewers are encouraged to utilize the "designated viewing areas" highlighted along the route to ensure that parking is available.

It is estimated the full route will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to complete, the city said.

Waltham will also host its annual holiday lighting on the Common. More information will be shared in the coming weeks.
