Waltham Police Looking for Attempted Break-In Suspect
The suspect attempted to break into a home in the downtown area.

Waltham Police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in an attempted break-in on Wednesday, April 17, according to the department's Facebook page.
At around 3:45 p.m., a man attempted to break into a home in the area of Main and Willow streets by cutting the window screens, according to police. He failed to access the house.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early or mid-20s who was wearing a black shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He was carrying a black backpack and wearing a black hat backwards with white lettering. He has a tattoo on his right arm.
