Waltham Resident Finds Rare Item In Mailbox
In fact, it wasn't an item at all. An owl found its way into a Waltham mailbox this week. It's now in the care of a wildlife clinic.
WALTHAM, MA — A Waltham resident received a special delivery this week.
Local police shared that a resident found an owl who was feeling "a bit under the weather" in their mailbox.
Officials said the owl was taken by animal control to the Tufts Wildlife Clinic for treatment.
