Waltham Resident Launches New Business ‘Sun & Stars Crystals'

WALTHAM, MA — Waltham resident Jennifer Perry has launched Sun and Stars Crystal & Healing Shop, a new local, online business that sells ethically sourced crystals, custom jewelry, and skincare products.

Perry, 42, started Sun and Stars Crystals last year while being treated for avascular necrosis, a rare disease that causes the death of bone tissue due to a lack of blood supply. She is both a certified crystal heater and reiki master, and her new business has a five star rating on Google.

“What makes me different is that I take time to help customers choose the proper crystals and give them information on each one and also instructions on how to use, cleanse, and care for them,” Perry said in an email.

With over 150 essential oils and 75 dried herbs and flowers, Perry said she is also able to make skincare products according to each customer’s skin type. Products on her website include organic soaps made using goats milk, shea butter, cocoa butter & infused with collagen, peptides and hyaluronic acid, and a plant-based liquid Botox serum, as well as home chemicals.

Products from Sun and Stars Crystals were for sale at Waltham's 6th Annual Recovery Festival last month and Riverfest in June. Perry also donated a raffle basket to the event and 15 percent of profits from her pet-related jewelry line to The Cat Connection.
