Waltham Snow Emergency, Parking Ban Starts Saturday Night Ahead Of Snow

No on-street parking is permitted while the parking ban is in effect. Here's where you can park.

Absolutely NO on street parking is permitted while the parking ban is in effect. Cars may park in municipal or school lots during the ban (http://bit.ly/WalthamParking), but please be advised that cars must be removed from School lots within 2 HOURS of the ban being lifted, and removed from Municipal lots within 24 HOURS of the ban being lifted.

Some other things to make note of:

• Make sure to sign up with our CodeRED Emergency Notification System to begin receiving citywide emergency alerts via phone, text, and email. Any alerts and updates regarding Snow Emergencies / Parking Bans will be communicated through this system.

• Waltham's Inauguration Ceremony is scheduled for this Sunday, January 7th at 1pm. As of now, the inauguration will still be held as scheduled out front of City Hall. Pending the weather, it may be moved inside.
