Claypit Hill Seeking Volunteers for Upcoming Staff Appreciation Week
Claypit Hill Staff Appreciation Week is May 23-27.

WAYLAND, MA - It’s that time of the year where you can show your appreciation for the staff at Claypit Hill School.
Volunteer opportunities are available next week for the various events and activities supporting Staff Appreciation Week.
On Tuesday, May 24, children are asked to bring in two flowers to school. The first flower is for their teacher, who will be provided with a vase so that they can take home their bouquet at the end of the day.

The other flower is for a larger collection that will be used in an arrangement for other staff. Parent volunteers are needed from 8:15 to 10 a.m. to help distribute vases, receive flowers and create the arrangements.
On Wednesday, May 25, children are asked to bring in a piece of fruit to organize baskets to be raffled off for staff members.

Parent volunteers are needed from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. to help put together the fruit baskets.
Thursday, May 26, is the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, and parents are invited to drop off items at Claypit from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. that morning. Hot items could also be brought in between 10:30 and 11 a.m.
