Delays Expected Amid Asphalt Placement In Wayland
Here's where the project will take place.
WAYLAND, MA — Wayland's Department of Public Works has announced an asphalt placement project that could affect some residents.
There will be a placement of asphalt at Concord and Training Field Roads this weekend and early next week. During the project, there could be limited or delayed travel, according to DPW.
The town is urging residents to move all vehicles off the roadways before the project begins. There can be no on-street parking, according to DPW.

Here are the days, times and locations of the placement:
- Sept. 20, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Concord Road, starting south near the library
- Sept. 22, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Training Field Road
- Sept. 22, 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. Concord Road
- Sept. 23, 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Concord Road
