Holiday Pop-Up/Social Justice Sale

The Holiday Sale will feature Fair Trade giftable food items, unique wares from nonprofits, & gently used holiday décor.

First Parish in Wayland’s Holiday Sale on Dec. 13 (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.) will feature Fair Trade giftable food items, unique wares from nonprofits, and gently used holiday décor. Kindly plan to pay with cash and bring your own re-usable bags.

We’ll offer jewelry, scarves, purses, ornaments, home decor, and other wares from organizations supporting marginalized people (and animals) throughout the world, including:

• Project Have Hope - empowering women and families in Uganda

• Sewing Seeds for Hope - Afghan immigrant women in the New England Area

• Equal Exchange - fair trade foods supporting farmers around the world

For our younger visitors, we’ll host “Crafting with Kate” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. In The Commons, for young shoppers, we’ll have some gift items that will be suitable for family members.
