JJ McKays Closes Its Doors
The popular bar and restaurant was open for the last time on Friday.

JJ McKay’s, located in Cochituate Village, closed for good on Friday, July 10, reported the popular blog Boston Restaurant Talk.
The established bar and restaurant, along with the Beyond Beans bakery inside, closed down after close to 40 years in business.

JJ’s did not post anything of the closing on its Facebook page, or website.
The restaurant served a large selection that included seafood, Italian dishes, sandwiches, burgers, steaks and ribs, salads and soups.
