Wayland 2024 Summer Concert Series Starts At Town Building

WAYLAND, MA — The town will begin its 2023 summer concert series on Thursday, offering a variety of local bands performing outdoors through mid-July.

Each concert will begin at 7 p.m. on the appointed date in the courtyard at the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road. Concerts will be canceled in case of inclement weather. Residents should bring a blanket or chair, and can bring food or snacks.

The 2024 line-up is:

• June 13 — The Elastic Five Band
• June 20 — The Deloreans
• June 27 — The Wayland Daddios
• July 11 — Sudbury Valley New Horizons Band
• July 18 — Classic Groove

The Wayland Council on Aging sponsors the concert series with sponsorship from Middlesex Savings Bank, The Village Bank, Sharry Realty Partners, Deaconess Abundant Life, Joanne Berry-Coldwell Banker, Mary Ann Morse Health Care-Whitney Place, Carmel Terrace and St. Patrick's Manor. The Wayland Cultural Council also provides support.
