Wayland Girls' Basketball Team Heads to Tournament Quarterfinals
The girls topped Auburn in the first round to earn a spot in the quarterfinals.
WAYLAND, MA - The Wayland girls basketball team is headed to the quarterfinals in the MIAA sectional tournament.
The girls topped Auburn High School (10) in the first round by a score of 49-10. Wayland (7) will next be in action Friday against Groton-Dunstable (2).
Friday's game will take place at Groton-Dunstable. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
