Wayland Middle, Elementary Schools Ranked Among Top In State
U.S. News & World Report based its 2024 elementary and middle school rankings on public data from the U.S. Department of Education.

WAYLAND, MA — A Wayland elementary school and a Wayland middle school ranked among the top 50 in the state, according to new rankings released Tuesday by U.S. News & World Report.
Wayland Middle School ranked No. 18 in the state. The grades 6 to 8 school has 602 students. At Wayland Middle School, 67% of students scored at or above the proficient level for math, and 74% scored at or above that level for reading.
Loker School in Wayland ranked No. 41 among Massachusetts elementary schools. The K to 5 school has 374 students. At Loker School, 67% of students scored at or above the proficient level for math, and 77% scored at or above that level for reading, according to U.S. News.
