Wayland, Extremely Online: Town Seeks Feedback On Social Media Habits
Wayland is active on platforms like Facebook and X, but do you think the posts are communicating enough? Take the survey.

WAYLAND, MA — Do you feel like you're getting enough information about what's going on in Wayland town government?
The town recently launched a survey seeking input from residents about the town's presence on social media, but also other web platforms like the town website. The survey is part of a larger effort on behalf of the town to deliver information to residents better.
"The town of Wayland is looking to begin using social media to provide information to the public. To support this effort, the town of Wayland has established a communication survey. The survey allows the community to provide feedback on how the Town does currently with communication. The survey will also aim to understand how the public prefers to receive Town updates and the information the public is most interested in seeing," the town said recently.
