In the period since 6/8/15 - 6/15/15, fourteen single family homes were introduced to the market and eight sold. We’ve climbed to 119 homes remaining for sale. The supply priced over $3M increased and the supply between $1M-$2M remains high. Buyers have gotten more particular in all price ranges.
