WESTBOROUGH, MA—Three members of the Westborough Police Department recently rose in the ranks, promoted officially at the Board of Selectmen meeting. Detective Steve Tompkins was promoted to the rank of sergeant. Sergeant Glenn McLeod moved up to the rank of lieutenant.
