Mobile Veterans Food Service Coming To Westborough
The new resource will be open to local veterans and their families along with other services for vets.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — A new mobile food program for Westborough-area veterans and their families will debut this month, according to VFW Post 9013.
This month, the Harvard and Westborough Lions Clubs will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new mobile canteen. The event will also provide dinner for local vets and their families.
The nonprofit Clear Path for Veterans will attend the ribbon-cutting to discuss services available to local veterans, ranging from a dog partnership program for post-traumatic stress syndrome to peer-to-peer mentoring. The local chapter is based out of Fort Devens.

The ribbon-cutting will be held at the Westborough Senior Center, 4 Rogers Road, beginning at 4 p.m. on March 24.
