Who wants to vote on an (almost) million dollar house?

Well, to be technical, Town Meeting voters will make a decision accepting the street in front of 10 Strawberry Ln. (rendering seen here), along with Boxwood Road and Sleigh Road, which would allow Public Works to do maintenance there.

The house itself has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, is just under 4,000 square feet and is part of the new Laughton Farms neighborhood off Lowell Road, which includes tennis courts and conservation space.

The exact asking price, by the way, is $999,900.
