The Special Town Meeting will discuss three articles relating to the Urbanica proposal for the Old Library. See/download the full Warrant with descriptions of each Article.
Citizens who wish to make a presentation for or against any of these articles are urged to contact the Moderator for instructions on how to prepare. If anyone feels they represent an organized group in opposition to the Articles and believes they need more time than the normal five minute time allotment for each speaker, the Moderator will consider such a request if made in advance of Town Meeting.
