Golden Ball Tavern Museum

The Golden Ball Tavern Museum is open for our annual Holiday Extravaganza - "Trimming the Tavern "Here's to the Red, White and Blue".  From December 8th to December 13th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Free and Family Friendly - visit the beautifully decorated rooms created with the theme of the 250th anniversary of the Revolution...by a team of community partners. DON"T MISS THIS!<br /><br />Our museum offers visitors a different perspective on the American Revolution. Our museum, housed in a historic Pre-Revolutionary home and tavern in Weston, Massachusetts, tells the other side of the story – that of the Loyalists during the War of Independence. Notably, the Museum is among only a handful of institutions in the country dedicated to bringing to life the Loyalist experience.<br /><br />We also tell the story of six generations of the same family living in the same house for almost 200 years!  Join us to learn more about colonial life and beyond.  <br /> <br />Our last open house history tours of the museum for 2025 will be on Thursday, December 18th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Free and family friendly! <br /><br />The Golden Ball Tavern Museum is entirely self-sustaining and operates with the support our our members and donors.
