US News Announces Regis College Among 2022-2023 Best Colleges Ranking
Regis ranked a top performer on social mobility

WESTON, MA – Regis College is pleased to be a U.S. News & World Report Best Regional University in the North Region for Social Mobility. The global authority in education rankings, U.S. News & World Report today announced the 2022-2023 Best Colleges to serve as a guide for prospective students and their families. The rankings evaluate 1,500 colleges and universities on up to 17 measures of academic quality.
The social mobility ranking measures the extent schools enrolled and graduated students who received federal Pell grants. Nearly 50% of Regis’ new undergraduate class consists of first-generation students. The total student population of 3,600 is 22 percent diverse.
“Regis is proud of our diverse student population and number of students who are the first in their families to attend college, all of whom make unique contributions to the diversity of campus life,” said Antoinette M. Hays, PhD, RN. “Our mission of providing access to an academically rigorous education is at the center of all we do. Regis students go on to masters and doctoral programs, veterinary school, law school, medical school; or gain employment in the bio-tech arena, major teaching hospitals in Greater Boston and beyond, school systems, colleges and universities, and Fortune 500 companies.”
