10:42 a.m. – Dog bite on Walnut Road.

9:05 p.m. – Suspicious person on Highland Street.

9:33 p.m. – Suspicious motor vehicle on Town House Road.

July 7 

12:44 a.m. – Suspicious motor vehicle on Old North Avenue. Services rendered.

8:15 a.m. – Noise complaint on Hallett Hill Road.

2 p.m. – Suspicious person on Ash Street.

10:35 pm. – Disabled motor vehicle on Summer Street. Services rendered.

July 8

7:08 p.m. – Disabled motor vehicle on Boston Post Road. 

Marcondis Barbosa, 34, of 21 Court St., Newton, arrested and charged with operating a vehicle after having a suspended license. He was also charged on an outstanding warrant for indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. He was also charged on a separate warrant for failing to yield a vehicle at intersection and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Both warrants were for not appearing at a scheduled court date.
