The following article is based on a Boston Police report, and where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A New Hampshire woman was arrested and charged with assault and battery after Boston Police broke up an apparent impending fight by the woman's two male associates in West Roxbury.
On Sunday, July 7, around 7:47 p.m., Rebecca Lynne Savickas, of 168 Blake Road, Epping, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, according to a Boston Police report.
Police responded to Shaw's at 75 Spring St., about a couple arguing in a vehicle in the parking lot. An officer did not find anyone in a vehicle arguing, but could hear yelling coming from the wooded area that abuts the railroad tracks nearby. Three other Boston Police officers arrived to assist and they walked towards the yelling.
Two males, one known to police, were yelling at each other, with one overheard saying, "Come on, let's [expletive] do this!" as he took a fighting stance, according to a Boston Police report. Officers identified themselves and instructed the two men to separate, which they did.
As officers continued to approach the female suspect allegedly climbed onto a concrete structure about three feet off the ground and jumped onto one of the men with "arms flailing, striking him about the face and head and tackling him to the ground." The parties were separated by police.
All three individuals seemed heavily intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance, said police.
The female suspect was uncooperative and belligerent.
She allegedly spat and yelled after being placed in the cruiser, according to a police report. A records check determined the suspect was on probation with a suspended sentence out of Haverhill Court, and police were going to provide a copy of the police report to the Haverhill District Court Probation Department.
A MassHealth card for an individual named Molly was found on the suspect, which was going to be forwarded to authorities to determine if the suspect was lawfully in possession of the identification card.
