A fugitive from justice wanted in Rhode Island for assault and battery and witness intimidation was arrested in West Roxbury. On June 11, Patrick Moran, of 19 Connecter Road, Westborough, was arrested on a warrant out of Concord District Court on May 17, 2013, for assault and battery and witness intimidation, according to a Boston Police report. Complaints were sought in the West Roxbury Disitrict Court to arrest the fugitive from justice. Once arrested, Boston Police confirmed the suspect was to be extradited to Rhode Island. The arrest was made at 1459 VFW Parkway, according to a police report.
