Man Charged with Public Drinking, Calls Cops 'Fa----- and Losers'

A Roslindale man was arrested for public drinking, and allegedly called Boston Police some inflammatory insults while getting arrested in West Roxbury.
On June 2, around 6:55 p.m., Robert W. Gendrolius, of 1003 South St., Roslindale, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic beverages in public, according to a Boston Police report.

An officer observed the suspect allegedly drinking a beer on the street in the area of Hartlawn Road in West Roxbury, after previously seeing the "belligerent" suspect in the area, advising him to leave the location, and not drink alcohol in public.
The suspect was again uncooperative and belligerent, and was placed under arrest. While being transported for booking, the suspect continued to be belligerent and called officers "a bunch of fa----- and losers."

During booking police allegedly found one small bag of a leafy green substance believed to be marijuana on the suspect. He was issued a city violation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
