Police: Man Arrested in Relation to Stabbing at TD Garden

Boston Police arrested 20-year-old Brandon Jones in relation to the stabbing that occurred at the TD Garden Wednesday night.

Jones is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He will be arraigned Friday at Boston Municipal Court, the Boston Police Department said.

CBS Boston reported that the stabbing took place in the balcony area of the Garden at about 9:45 p.m. shortly before the Celtics beat the Memphis Grizzlies 95-92.

Police say the victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to Mass. General Hospital. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
