WEST ROXBURY, MA — Around 5 p.m. Tuesday a motor scooter and a car collided on Centre Street not far from Reardon Electric Supply Co. It shut down the road for a bit, but it appears no one was seriously injured. Witnesses tell Patch the driver of the scooter stayed in the street for a few minutes before he got up, and EMS checked him out, but he was able to walk away. "He looked like he was looking down at his scooter for a moment, got distracted and veered into the other lane," said an employee at Reardon Electric Supply. "Not fun for van driver."
