The voluntary ban asks residents and businesses in Westwood to only use water on Tuesdays and Fridays. According to the website says, "Each year from June through September we encourage customers to voluntarily limit outdoor watering to two days each week. This practice may reduce the need to impose mandatory outdoor water use restrictions."
