Friday, Feb. 21 11:21 a.m.: Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at the East Street Rotary involving a Ford and a BMW.  2:14 p.m.: Officers responded to a disturbance at the Amtrack station on University Avenue. Police detained a 41-year old intoxicated male and placed him into protective custody.  10:21 p.m.: An officer on patrol observed two individuals running from the train station on Grafton Avenue. An officer made contact and determined there was no criminal intent.
