Recycling Cancelled, Apple Orchards Are Ready, and more

Here are a few interesting tidbits to keep in mind today. 

• The Community Recycling Event scheduled for Sept. 28 at the Norwood MBTA station has been CANCELLED. 
• Apple season has started early this year. Click HERE to find an apple orchard near you. 
• Mark your calendars: The Westwood Board of Selectmen will meet on Sept. 9, Sept. 23, Oct. 7, and Oct. 21 (at 6:30 p.m. before the public hearing regarding the Nov. 18 town meeting warrant).
