3:29 a.m.: A Greenacre Road resident called police after spotting a person going through their trash and recycling at the end of their driveway. Officers advised the caller that the subject of concern was not an illegal act.  1:01 p.m.: Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street involving a 1999 Toyota and a 200 Buick. There were no injuries.  1:04 p.m.: A caller reported loose dogs on Fox Meadow Drive. An officer made contact and spoke with the caller and the animals' owner.
