Sunday, October 28 ARREST (12:37 a.m.) - An officer observed a motor vehicle speeding near the intersection of Providence Hwy. and Carroll Ave. The officer decided to pursue the speeding vehicle and pulled it over. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer noticed a strong scent of alcohol. Thomas MacDonald, 44 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor, speeding and no inspection sticker. ARREST (3:30 p.m.) - Officers were called to the Budget Inn for a noise complaint. Upon further investigation, they found that there was an outstanding warrant out for the noisy person. Delbert Watts, 44, was placed under arrest and held in lieu of bail. The outstanding warrant was for a B&amp;E in the daytime and trespassing.
