The new program is designed to help improve endurance, balance and overall wellness

South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness is offering a new program geared toward helping people improve their movement and balance.

South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness is offering a new program geared toward helping people improve their movement and balance.

Led by exercise therapists in small group settings, the classes are designed to help improve endurance, balance and overall wellness by combining tai chi, yoga, traditional balance
and functional exercises. Held Monday and Wednesdays from 2-3:00 p.m, the cost
is $70 for twice per week for one month, $35 for once per week.
