Wednesday, July 31 At 1:38 p.m. Christopher M. Doherty, 30 of Weymouth, was arrested on Sea Street for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. At 2:05 p.m. Napoleon D. Barros, 28 of Brockton, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Commercial Street and Clinton Road. Barros was charged with speeding, OUI drugs, possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute, possession of a Class B substance and failure to stop for police. At 11:04 p.m. an unwanted person was reported on Washington Street. Mark C. Waters, 49 of Weymouth, was arrested for domestic assault and battery, assault and battery, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and misdemeanor breaking and entering.
