Moulton, 39 of Weymouth, was arrested for domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. At 2:07 p.m. shoplifting was reported at the Bridge Street CVS. At 9:44 p.m. police responded to a report of a rock hitting a window on Bridge Street.
