Man Arrested on Drug Distribution, Possession Charges

Tewksbury Police arrested a local man on drug charges late last week.

On May 7, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Russell Earle, 47, of 422 South St., Tewksbury for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute heroin.

Earle was observed by Detectives acting suspiciously on Lake Street near the Wilmington line. A subsequent motor vehicle stop resulted in the arrest and recovery of narcotics.

Earle was due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on May 8.
