2022 Outdoor Dining In Town Of Winchester

The Select Board will be meeting on Monday, December 13th to discuss the 2022 Outdoor Dining Policy. The current state of emergency allows businesses with on-premises alcohol licenses to continue with expanded patio/outdoor service through April 1, 2022. The local and ABCC permitting process associated with this approval beyond April 1, 2022 will be a time consuming process for businesses, and therefore, will require the Select Board to make early determinations regarding the location and size of outdoor dining facilities for installation in spring 2022
