• Winchester boys win annual Bigelow Tournament to remain undefeated after six games (winchesternews.org) — Winchester High’s boys basketball team stayed perfect at 6-0 by winning the annual Bob Bigelow Tournament on their home court, capping it with a gritty championship win over Franklin. Strong defense, balanced scoring, and standout performances from captains Dawson English and Carson Sarpong, plus MVP guard Harrison Burbine, have powered impressive early-season victories over Stoneham, Melrose, Woburn, Lexington, TechBoston, and Franklin.
