Paving Project to Close Main Street Monday Evening

As part of Winchester’s road improvement program, the Department of Public Works will be paving the north end of Main Street and the downtown area Monday evening.

From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., the north end of Main Street and the downtown area from the Mystic Valley Parkway to Mt. Vernon Street, will be shutdown to traffic as crews work to pave the roadway.

Town officials urge residents to have all vehicles off the street during that time period.
