In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 17, 2022, we are sharing a list that includes biographies of MLK, as well as other leaders in the civil rights movement. There are also historical fiction titles that take place in the 1950s-60s which address issues of civil rights and segregation. Stop by the children’s room where we have these books as well as many more on MLK, civil rights, and black voices on display.
