Winchester Town Hall, Library Closing Early

The Town of Winchester said the town hall and library will be closing early today, Monday, July 20.

Town Hall and the Winchester Library are closing at 2 p.m. today.

The two buildings will be closing early due to energy conservation measures. The closures are being taking place in order to reduce the municipal peak load usage, which is used to set the future electricity cost for municipal buildings, the town said.

Both of the buildings will re-open on Tuesday, July 21, for normal business hours.
