From the Woburn Public Library:
On Sunday, March 18, 2012, at 2 PM, Woburn Public Library volunteer Linda Olsson will present the next Community Conversation, screening over 100 photographs from the Patrick Farino Collection.
Much of the show will be devoted to Woburn DPW men and machines, various construction during the 1950’s, as well as the raising of the railroad through Winchester Center. Since it will be the day after St. Patrick’s day, we will also feature photos from a Lions’ Irish Needle Night staged during the 50’s. Last but not least, we will see some city softball teams.
