  • Any person under the age of 18 must have parental consent prior to vaccination. The clinic will be held in the auditorium at the Woburn High School, therefore we ask that all persons attending the clinic wear masks. Please make sure to wear short sleeves or dress so that the upper arm can be easily accessed. There is no charge for the vaccination, but we do ask that when you pre-register that you enter your insurance card/information. After your shot you will be asked to stay with us for 15-30 minutes for observation, so please plan accordingly.
