The Woburn Board of Assessors has received notification from the MA Department of Revenue, Division of Local Services, of preliminary certification of the City of Woburn’s revaluation program and proposed assessments for all classes of property for Fiscal Year 2022. This is mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
