Violent crime includes offenses involving force or the threat of force: murder and non-negligent manslaughter, rape, robbery and aggravated assault, according to the FBI.There were five reported rapes, 10 robberies, and 56 aggravated assaults.Other crime stats for Woburn include 432 larcenies, 62 burglaries, 20 motor vehicle thefts, and zero cases of arson.Nationally, violent crime decreased nationally last year by 0.2 percent from 2013, according to the report.
