Obituary: Hilbert W. "Hibby" Nilsson, 50, of Woburn

“Hilbert W. “Hibby” Nilsson, Jr., a lifetime Woburn resident, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 1, 2015.

“A painter with Cummings Properties in Woburn since 1998, he was 50 years of age.

“Hibby was predeceased by his parents, Hilbert W. Nilsson and Ruth G. (Valcour) Nilsson, and his brother John Nilsson. He was the loving father of Leagh and Cameron Nilsson of Woburn; cherished brother of Elaine Nilsson of Woburn, Patricia Haley and her husband, Paul, of Woburn, Peter Nilsson and his wife, Patricia, of Mashpee, and Mary Cain and her husband, Mark, of Woburn; and dear cousin and friend of Kristin and Greg Ahearn of Woburn. He is also survived by many friends, cousins, beloved nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles, including his special aunt and uncle, Gail and Donald Nilsson of Woburn.

“Services will be arranged by McLaughlin-Dello Russo Funeral Home of Woburn.”
